Please take moment to review the following terms and conditions prior to booking your session
Sessions are a minimum of 3 hours and last from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave. Unless otherwise agreed to in advance, the 3-hour minimum is in place for all in-person meetings. In the event you need to end a session early, the 3-hour minimum payment will still be due.
Sessions account for and include one 15 minute break to be taken at the discretion of the home organizer. Sessions that exceed 3 hours will include an additional 15 minute break.
All clients are required to make a 50% deposit for services booked via Zelle (unless otherwise agreed upon). In the event of a late Cancellation or No Show, this deposit may be used to cover payment for your missed session.
I will reach out to you via text before 4:00pm the day before to confirm your session for the following day. If you do not reply to confirm our meeting by 8:00pm that evening, your session is considered a LATE CANCELLATION and you are responsible for the full cost of the session. (Your 50% deposit + remaining balance if applicable)
**If the time between booking and your session taking place is less than 24 hours, our initial conversation will be considered your "confirmation" and you will not receive an additional text.
It is the responsibility of the client to cancel a session if it becomes necessary. For sessions cancelled with at least 48-hour notice, there is no cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours: The client will be charged for one-half of the hours booked, either to be deducted from their deposit or billed separately. Billed amounts must be paid in full prior to next appointment or within 7 days, whichever is sooner.
No-shows and Last Minute Cancellations: From 3 hours before our scheduled session, including a no-show (if I arrive at a client’s home and the client isn’t home or available to work) the full session will be charged, either to deducted from an existing deposit or billed separately. Billed amounts must be paid in full prior to next appointment or within 7 days, whichever is sooner.
Restrictions: PriOrganized reserves the right to withdraw from an organizing project at any time if the project involves perceived unsafe working conditions, if Clients are in breach of their agreement with us, or if we cannot render the services requested by Clients through no fault of our own. We are not responsible for handling soiled clothing/items and personal items (such as underwear and sex toys). We ask that clients do this prior to our arrival or independently during the organization process.
Limitation of Liability: Client will review all materials that PriOrganized recommends be disposed of by means of recycling, shredding, donation, resale, or any other means. We help the Client make decisions, but the final decision is always the Client’s to make. Client agrees that PriOrganized is not responsible for any loss of damage caused by Client’s failure to carefully review or inspect any discarded items.
Clients give PriOrganized permission to use, anonymously, without remuneration, before & after pictures of their spaces (edited for identifying information), in marketing materials (Instagram and Website). If you do not wish to have your space photographed for these purposes, please let us know before we arrive.
